Volunteer at Pin Oak Middle School

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Pin Oak Middle School! All volunteers are required to complete the Volunteers in Public Schools (VIPS) Online Orientation prior to applying to become a volunteer and agreeing to an annual background check.  

Once you are VIPS approved, you may volunteer in any HISD school for the current school year. VIPS approval takes 1-5 days to complete. You will receive an automated response from donotreply@raptortech.com, so please check your junk mail or spam folder if you haven't received a reply after a week. VIPS approval expires on June 30 of each school year and you must reapply for a background check each year.

Remember that VIPS approval is required to volunteer in any capacity at POMS whether you chaperone a field trip or work in the School Store.
