Students can register as a team for our 4th annual Kickball Tournament scheduled for Tuesday, June 3 at POMS.

• Participants must be passing all classes
• Must complete all DSA and NWEA Tests
• No student referrals for the 6^th six weeks
• Each participant must complete the Teacher Sign Off Sheet and turn it in to Coach Carter with Contract by May 29
• Must have a Team Captain
• The fee per team is $100 ($10 per player). The contract and fee MUST be turned in by May 30
• Mandatory Captain’s Meeting will be held on May 29 during TEAM TIME. *If Captain does not attend their team will not participate in the Tournament and Team will receive a refund.
