POMS 8th Grade Semi-Formal Dance

2024-2025

8th graders are invited to the Semi-Formal Dance on Friday, May 16, 6:45-9:00 pm at POMS. Enjoy a great DJ, popcorn bar, photo booths, candy bar, selfie background, and more!

How to purchase a ticket:

If you purchased a Club 8 Ultimate Package, one dance ticket was included in the purchase price. 

• Online
  • There is still time to purchase online for $15. Online sales close on Thursday, May 15 at 11:59 pm.
• Lunch Sales
  • Purchase during 8th grade lunches this week for $15 (CASH ONLY).
• At the Dance
  • Tickets will be sold at the door for $20 (CASH ONLY).

Drop off and pickup:

• 6:45 pm - Drop off students in the front circle drive. Students will enter through the glass doors by the athletic fields. 
• 9:00 pm - The dance ends at 9:00 pm. YOU MUST BE AT THE SCHOOL FOR PICKUP NO LATER THAN 9:00 pm. Principal Vela and school staff must stay until all students are picked up. Please respect their time and be at school on time to pick up your child.

Reminders:

• No digital/paper tickets - names will be on a list at check-in
• Students do not need their IDs
• ONLY PIN OAK 8TH GRADERS ARE ALLOWED AT THE DANCE. No other grades, no other schools.

Volunteers:

We need VIPS-approved parent volunteers to make this dance a success! Please consider signing up to help with lunch sales and at the dance!
