Order a Charger Rodeo Hoodie for a Teacher/Staff Member

Now that the dust has settled from the Charger Rodeo Auction, we would love to outfit our amazing POMS teachers and staff with any remaining hoodies. For the reduced price of only $20, you can sponsor a staff member's hoodie.

Donate a Charger Rodeo Hoodie!

Save the NEW date! Charger Fest 2025

Saturday, April 26 from 12:00 - 4:00 pm at POMS.

Charger Fest is a fun-filled day of carnival games, inflatables, fine arts performances, food, sweets, and more for the whole family!

Wristbands and tickets for activities will go on sale later this week. Student ambassadors will give school tours throughout the event. We will need volunteers!  Look for a volunteer sign-up coming soon.

For more information, please contact the POMS PTO Charger Fest Chairs.

Help us fill the Sunshine Snack Cart

The teacher snack carts are on the roll! Please help us purchase items for the carts on our Amazon Wish List

Prefer to purchase items locally? Please mark off the item(s) on the Amazon List, address the items to Wynne Erickson/PTO and bring them to the front office.

Upcoming 8th Grade Events

We have lots of fun activities planned for our 8th graders this Spring. Click here for a full calendar of events. (Dates subject to change if HISD adjusts its calendar)

Underwrite 8th Grade Activities

Please consider underwriting one of our fun events. For $100, family and friends can underwrite any of the 8th grade events (semi-formal dance, breakfast and yearbook signing, or the parade/picnic). You can even underwrite more than one! We'll recognize your name on a banner on the circle drive, the PTO website, and here in the Charger Chatter.

Looking for additional ways to support our 8th grade class? Click here to learn more or contact Lindsay Colvin and Jennifer Deneen, 8th Grade Activities Chairs.
