Student Instructional Selection for 2nd Six Weeks
Houston ISD is asking all families to consider the learning setting for their student(s) beginning October 19th. Families will either choose to remain in a virtual/online setting or commit to returning to campus for face-to-face instruction. Please note that the default selection for each student is face-to-face instruction.
Parents will make their selection through the HISD Connect Parent Portal "Forms" section. Parents will be able log in and select in-person or virtual learning for the second six weeks of the 2020 school year. As we continue through the fall and spring semesters, you will have the opportunity to update this at the end of each six-weeks cycle. This process will ensure campuses can begin planning for physical space, staffing, and scheduling.
